Mentor / Mentee Pairings
Industries
Our Mentorship Team will be responsible for managing the Mentee and Mentor application process as well as the mentee-mentor allocations. The preliminary allocations will be vetted by the Women In Business Secretariat, before its eventual release. That said, the team has the right to reject any mentor/mentee who they deem unfit for the programme, be it due to limited vacancies or mismatch of interest.
Your Journey Starts Here
Release of Mentorship Pairings
Mentors and mentees will be matched based on career interests. Release of mentorship pairing details via email. 1 to 1 Pairing, may be up to 1:2 ratio depending on interest alignment between mentees and mentors.
Opening Ceremony
Introduction of mentors and mentees, sharing of programme outline, and setting of expectations.
Monthly Meetings
Monthly check-ins are recommended, but the duration and frequency of meetings can be adjusted to the preferences of mentors and mentees.
Closing Ceremony
Presentation of Token of Appreciation and Certificates of Participation.
Become a Mentor.
We’re looking for well-established individuals in their field with a wealth of experience under their belt.
